30-Day Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Return Instructions
Please do not send your return to the manufacturer. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that:
- Are not in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
- Are returned more than 30 days after shipment
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the receipt and approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at [email protected]
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer, who will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
If your item is valued over GBP 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
